Centennial Spirit of Perseverance Award

Established in 2014 as part of Lakeland College’s Centennial Campaign, the Centennial Spirit of Perseverance Award is available to full-time students enrolled in their final year of study at Lakeland College (includes one-year certificate programs, the 2nd year of diploma programs and University Transfer) as well as the 3rd year of Lakeland College degree/applied degree programs. One will be awarded at each campus based on the following criteria:
• Demonstrates the ability to overcome personal hardship to attain his/her academic goals.
• Continues to persist and succeed despite obstacles such as physical, emotional or social
• Maintains a satisfactory academic standing.
