Albert Carter Award

Established in 1988 by Deanna Carter in memory of her husband, and now supported by Kevin and Jeannine Kelly, the Albert Carter Award is given to a graduating journeyman welder on the basis of leadership, enthusiasm, contributions to college activities and academic ability.
