Women In Trades Award

Established in 2014 by Sarah Kastendiek, Jo-Ann Mones, Dorothy Pidruchney, and Valerie Smith as part of Lakeland College’s Centennial Campaign, the Women In Trades Award is available to a female student enrolled full-time in any Pre-employment program or any year of an Apprenticeship program, Vermilion campus. Award based on the following criteria:
• Displays good work ethic.
• Shows motivation and is career goal oriented.
• Demonstrates academic achievement.
• Preference given to a pre-employment student.
