Loralee Nichols Memorial Award

Established in 2014 by Kristine and Christopher Hyde in memory of Kristine’s mother, and as part of Lakeland College’s Centennial Campaign, the Loralee Nichols Memorial Award is available to a Firefighter Training program student. Each platoon will nominate one member for consideration for the award. Nominees must have:
• Academic achievement.
• Commitment to chosen career.
• Demonstrated character and leadership skills.
• Willingness to assist and be supportive of fellow students, making a contribution to the success of all class members.
