Joan Longridge Memorial Award

Established in 2011 as part of Lakeland College’s Centennial Campaign, the Joan Longridge Memorial Award is available to a full-time student enrolled in a Human Services program, with priority given to an Educational Assistant student who intends to work with special needs students in school. The recipient must display the following qualities:
• Academic achievement.
• Commitment and dedication to the special education field.
• Positive attitude.
• Good work ethic.
