Rutherford Family Award for Perseverance

Established in 2018 by Ken & Jennifer Rutherford, the Rutherford Family Award for Perseverance is available to students currently enrolled full-time at Lakeland College, Lloydminster campus, who are returning the following year to complete their 2nd or subsequent year of study. Award based on the following criteria:
• Academic achievement.
• Perseverance in overcoming barriers, obstacles and challenges to further their education.
• Intent to use education to make a difference in the lives around them.
• Financial need.
