ABVTA Animal Health Technology Student Award

Established in 1998 by the Alberta Association of Animal Health Technologists, the ABVTA Animal Health Technology Student Award is available to Animal Health Technology students enrolled full-time at Lakeland College. Awarded to the students who best exemplifies the following qualities in the academic setting:
• All around skills in both large and small animals.
• In good academic standing.
• Demonstrates the professionalism & the skills that represent the veterinary profession.
• Participates in the community at large, possesses an attitude of volunteerism and participates in classroom and/or in community volunteer activities.
